Long time friends and colleagues, Bob Sack and Marvin Salenger founded the law firm in 1985, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. They blended their skills to handle complex legal matters and give clients the best representation possible. Jeffrey Kimmel and Michael Schwartz soon added expertise in medical malpractice and technology. From modest beginnings, the firm has grown steadily to become a thriving practice with offices in New York City and Woodbury, N.Y. and includes attorneys, paralegals and secretaries. Restricting the practice to all types of personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits, they are often called upon by other lawyers who require their expertise. A powerful litigator, Marvin has been recognized as one of the best attorneys in the U.S. and New York. Jeff handles the medical malpractice and other complex cases. Bob and Mike manage the firm’s day-to-day operations and supervise all cases. In addition to practicing in New York State, SSS&K has also represented clients with cases in other states including New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Florida, Nebraska, Ohio and Puerto Rico.
